CONDITION SURVEYS & EVALUATIONS
Pikul Engineering (PKL) has worked with Owners and Lenders to prepare comprehensive condition survey reports on the structural and general construction aspects of existing commercial, historical, industrial, religious and residential buildings.
PKL has assisted appraisers in the evaluation of numerous hydroelectric facilities by evaluating the existing physical condition of concrete, earth, and masonry dams; intake and conveyance structures; and powerhouses to provide an opinion as to their estimated remaining useful lives. PKL has testified as an expert in several of these cases.
