PKL's principal, Dr Richard R Pikul, PE, has over 35 years of experience in the areas of structural engineering and general construction. He is actively licensed to practice engineering in the states of Arizona, Florida, Kansas, New York and Pennsylvania.
In addition to typical problems encountered in the complex world of construction, PKL has participated in the investigation and resolution of the more difficult engineering and construction problems. As a continuation of some of his investigations, Dr Pikul has testified over 35 times before State and Federal Courts as well as Arbitration Panels.
